What is coaching? Coaching is a process of inquiry. At Need2Connect it is about giving practical information and asking questions to raise awareness, allowing you to reflect and decide what action you would like to take following each coaching session.

For professionals, we assist you to reflect on practical strategies for improved workplace relationships, well-being and work-life balance.

For parents of babies to teens, our parent-coaching supports you to think differently about your parenting role and offers you strategies for what is the most difficult (yet most rewarding!) job that you will ever do.

Coaching is offered by Barbara Beccari (M.Ed) certified coach with the Academy for Family Coach Training. She has over twenty years experience working with play-groups, preschools, schools, university, TAFE, community organisations and in the workplace.  She has worked with children, young people, parents and professionals. Barbara is a member of the International Coach Federation and her practice is guided by the Federation’s code of ethics and core competencies.
